A blood capsule is placed between the teeth and the cheek. As soon as the blood is supposed to flow, the capsule is pushed out of the "waiting position" between the teeth and the neck of the capsule is bitten off. By pressing on the capsule, the blood flow is dosed and when the capsule is empty, simply throw it away.
